Nick Harvey: another lefty showing contempt for our war dead

I don't understand meanness. Perhaps worse than that is the sense of entitlement, greed, and stupidity of our MPs. Now these things are to be found in all parties but I've noticed that those from the left, the Lib-Dems and labour, take the short term attitude and simply do not understand how much damage their contempt for the war dead does to them.

 

Yet another lefty, in this case a defence minister and Lib-Dem MP Nick Harvey has been caught claiming £7 to cover his mileage to attend a Poppy Appeal event.

 

Harvey is on a hundred thousand plus expenses and yet he is so stupid and greedy to claim for seven to honour our war dead.

 

How can he not know how this makes him look cheap and greedy and shows his contempt for dead soldiers. And he is supposed to be a defence minister!

 

Harvey's attendance to a Poppy Appeal event does him good politically. We shouldn't pay for him.

 

It just shows how stupid and cash greedy Harvey is, not nice.

 

I've lost count of the labour and Lib-Dems who have been caught claiming for poppies, wreaths, and the like on expenses.

 

Pathetic.
